CoBank Lending Rate Promotion

CoBank, a cooperative bank serving vital industries across rural America, needed a very targeted promotion offering desirable, low-interest loans to select clients in their energy division. To garner the attention of busy CFOs, an exclusive gift — a Monte Blanc pen — was presented in a custom box with the loan offer sealed in a matching document cover. The green “Certainty” theme, embossed on a belly band, followed their brand guidelines closely for newer clients; the black-striped “Signature” theme printed on a subtle sparkly paper was sent to long-term clients who were well acquainted with the brand. The box fit perfectly into an overnight shipping box. The design and delivery caught their clients’ attention and CoBank considered the promotion a huge success.
