Hunter Douglas Coffee Talk
We brewed up a new program brand and fresh look for the Hunter Douglas fall training program called Coffee Talk, designed for fabricators to update their dealers with new product information. The logo — a C with a voice bubble inside implying conversation — was emblazoned on a folder containing a training DVD and 20 coffee cup sleeves with marketing messages designed to aid one-on-one training sessions. Additionally, a coffee-scented car air freshener functioned as a savory reminder to schedule training appointments. This caffeinated design was so popular we created the debut Hunter Douglas Coffee Talk blog specifically for the fall training period. To encourage and measure participation, each dealer who commented received a sample of Starbucks® Via instant coffee. Whether it was the draw of the caffeinated design or promised beverage, the blog was well used!
